But he looked halfway capable playing behind a decent defence.
That speaks a bit toward how poor our D has been IMO. |

Ya, you look at how the leafs cap situation is going to evolve and IF they want to keep the big 4 together then they'll have to have a cheap starter (less than 3 milly) in net for the next two years or else they'll have to gut their depth.
You lose the experience but if the scouts like him then Georgiev makes sense. The other guy might be Korpisalo. CLB locked in on the other guy so maybe they'd move him in the right deal and he's 2 x 2.8.

I predict Leafs get a couple great deals but also will have to pick up a terrible contract to come along with said deals. One Leafs can afford and just move to Robidas Island. All within the CBA guidelines. |
